When I finish my blanket I let you know what I came up with. I love Caron Simply Soft Yarn, but this time I using Lion Brand Baby Soft and a larger hook (6MM). I needed a light airy blanket as we live in Hawaii, and this pattern works very well..

I’m crocheting this beautiful blanket. Can’t wait to see it finished. I noticed that there’s no mention on how much yarn is used, 1 skein 2? Do you know? I don’t see any dimensions either. Do you know?

This pattern isn’t mine so I can’t tell you exactly but I would guesstimate for the yarn and then add in an extra skein just to be safe 😉 (What’s one more skein in the pile, right?!?! lol)

You have no idea what a lifesaver you are right now! My son’s favorite blanket is unraveling super fast and I didn’t make it. I’ve been searching for two days and finally found the pattern here! I didn’t know what I was going to do if blankie died.

Awe!!! I’m thrilled for you and your son (but mostly for you because I know how difficult it can be to console your little one when all they want is blankie!!!) ❤

I’ve used many of your patterns. I’m surprised I never noticed it was blankie.

I love this blanket and I am making it for my granddaughter but I am new to crocheting and was wondering instead of 99 on the chain how would I figure it to be a little bigger? Thanks for your help
